One of my Pokemon Mystery Dungeon sonas, Spruce, has two!
When using Bullet Seed, it manifests as a wooden gun, firing stinging yet non-lethal seeds. He also has a wooden sword for Leaf Blade, with a fancy scabbard to launch the sword out for a faster quickdraw.
