I dont think it needs to go all the way to the cliché "African Warrior" either.
It can be very subtles like the Earrings, Neck rings and other Golden body Accessories, face tatoo mixed with modern/fantasy.
But as a dev you can't please everyone,I know its hard

Anansi RPG character concept 🕷⚔️
For #blacktober I wanted to bring an idea I had to life, combining African mythology with #RPG /JRPG aesthetics.
This first character is based off of the West African spider god, Anansi. His clothes are inspired by Akan funeral clothing.
Fernand Africk ‘Llamas Make the Best Sweaters’. I used to get a catalogue from a company that made clothes from the Andes ‘Peruvian Collection (or connection). I used to look at it and dream. The clothes were beautiful.
