i actually love raita's exaggerated proportions too, but sometimes they look wack as fuck. like raikou's proportions look goofy because of her fit while shikibu looks kinda like a fashion illustration? i think it comes into how the proportions play into the design itself tbh

shuten's fa is my favourite example of this because it's obvious that raita wanted to go for a less common angle but she just ends up looking like she's at a normal angle with that weird sitting down but lying down in mid air pose (+ a foot jumpscare i guess??)
