Sometimes I deliberately go back to an old coloring style and suddenly it feels like I improved so much

For example: this drawing from 2019 (?) and this one from 2022 has the exact same shading style (pencil shading), but you can clearly see the improvement

Once I made the switch from phone (2020-2021) to my laptop (2022) I improved so fast
