Satisfied with the sculpt so far, UVd and threw it into Substance Painter for some quick base textures. The beret will be replaced (not feeling it) and the moustache/beard will likely be replaced with a hair system. Probably start rigging tomorrow :d

The technic uses 4 Blendshapes (top, bottom, left, right) that are baked into textures. The shader and deform the vertices following the texture values and blend them based on the camera direction/facing.
