I really wanted sub badges for twitch that evolved over time, and this is what I came up with today!! Takoyaki slowly being decorated (is that the word to use lol) and evolving into the golden toothpick :3 It feels nice to have a set of sub badges I am actually proud of ;w;

If I didn't have predetermined background I just did whatever I want with the panel.

Usually I do the standard sketch > lineart > flat > render > decorate.

In the 1st example I colored my sketch cz it was the 1st & last time I drew those clothes and I didn't have any reference.

After that I do the standard lineart + flat color step.

I usually draw the stuff hidden by foreground layers in case I wanna change the composition later but you can skip this step to save more time!

If I decorate the characters with assets, I put them above the lineart layer.
