Sometimes the lineart can take away from the overall image. I typically skip outlining clothing details and let the colors be more cohesive.

I decided to have no outlines on this one. It's a fun way to challenge myself. I'm also deliberately not using any soft brushes to avoid overly blending colors together and instead trying to work on getting details in by blocking in the paint.

There are other cats with similar aesthetic structures, but none with this same combination of tripartite color matching, or with the gutter cat outline preserved. These are masterpieces in their own way, ofc, but fail to achieve the overall aesthetic harmony of (5/8)
