Lagoon Nebula. Seriously these structures exist in the universe —they are STUNNING!

Space is the most unreal, but real thing ever. It baffles me how anything could be so beautiful.

I shot this on the 17” from Landers CA. With thanks to the team at

birds have very funny skeletal structures, they decided they need a giant extension of the sternum to provide an attachment site for their arm muscles and aid in flight. Also their femurs are sooooo high up and hidden in their bodieskeirhfbfkvsjskg

Some old character concepts I designed a while back for a potential webcomic series named "WALKER". I was really trying to explore different facial structures using various shapes. 🙏🏾Thank you all for your support!!

Art from the SUPERMAN: THE MOVIE portfolio by Jim Dietz. 1979.

I saw the film during a scorching hot summer in the early 1980s. Scorching hot. All that ice, cold space, those frozen structures, and outside it was 82°F.

(File under fascinating autobiographical facts.)

Today climate change & heritage is on the agenda

Blackpool’s piers were a 2018 Watch site, selected because such structures are on the interface of land & sea - ‘canaries’ - the first historic structures to feel the impact of coastal climate change

So here's three shots taken in-game wayyy back in 2005 running a version of the 2.5-3 engine. The idea was to design an abandoned Forerunner "living space" with courtyard, and fallen into disrepair. made the original structures and I modified, added entropy.

Before going for... windows and stair-like structures?

(A beach house, perhaps?)

Small closeup of one of the pieces I’m working on for my final year project. This is still a work in progress but I’m quite liking working on the rock structures.

This was a pretty fun page to work on. Since the last exterior shot I learnt alot about implementing colour into my backgrounds and tried to implement that same idea to more natural structures.

Uniquely, they had strange tooth-like structures in their bill. Birds lost teeth starting in the Mesozoic, but these giants re-evolved a substitute made of pointy bits of bone.

I did ' challenge.
Being an owl, Blathers probably has tomium. That is, teeth like structures on his tongue. Here he is gagging in terror.

Let's talk a bit about structures: dotAGE has several dozens you can place in your village.

A Berry Bush is the first you encounter. It's pretty simple: it makes two fruits each turn.

However, it does not work in cold weathers, so beware of winter!
