一方、論文のfrustration-free blueprintを使ってデザインされたもの(PDB: 6XEH)では、そのNMR構造(左)とOmegaFold予測構造(右)は同じ構造が予測された。
去年ColabFoldでも予測してみた https://t.co/qcMJpyLRNN PDBにないde novo designed proteinも試してみた。FolditStandaloneを使って手で骨格を作り、GCNdesign( https://t.co/ul7W1FfB3f )を使ってデザインしたタンパク質。
白色がデザイン構造、色付きがOmegaFold予測構造。
先の構造はすでにPDBにある構造なので、PDBに公開されていないde novo designed proteinの配列をOmegaFoldで予測してみた。

Finished the "Insulin Release" painting this morning. I'll be showing it at the @ACAxtal meeting in Portland, and I'll put a full-size file at PDB-101 @buildmodels when I get a few free moments. Insulin crystal in yellow, fused vesicle and cell membranes in green, ECM in purples.
my honest opinion on how i do not understand the intuivite bias/jenshin hype (contributing factor : the hellsite that is pdb)
