Difficult, but I think multiplayer Dreamcast titles were a big motivator for game dev. Where I couldn't get new releases, my uncle just threw tiny me an old copy of Game Maker and said "-Just make your own." "Alright! :D"

@RanenWise The artwork third from the top also appeared in the Dreamcast Promotion Disk (1998-10-22) and the game Spike Out. That one’s my personal favorite since it’s pretty close to Saturn era Sonic.
@TiDanDunn @PreciousKitty48 1. Sonic's Dreamcast-Ps2 era redesigns!
2. Sonic Adventure 2
3. Shadow the Hedgehog
4. The really great stories some of the games tell ❤️

Dreamcast will always be so great to me ❤️❤️😍🥰
Late 90s-early 2000s Sega games had so much flare, they were so stylish & rad!! Peak gaming era for me
@RanenWise @CarlsAmateurHr I loooooove capcom fighting games. Plasma sword looks awesome but, that might just be because I love Hyato lol. Dreamcast Capcom games are fab fam. Finding a good fight stick now a days is too tough.
Thanks to the Sega Dreamcast, we can all still experience the great outdoors indoors:
We can enjoy sunny beaches.
Play squash.
Question the very nature of existence itself.
Fight giant octopi in the depths of a large ship.
So life remains, more or less, the same.

Maken X is a game for dreamcast developed by Atlus with the art of Kazuma Kaneko. Between the weird enemies also fake world leaders, including fictional Pope and US president.
