I don't like this type of highlighting for skin in art. Makes the person look like they're a balloon animal. I always imagine them making the slightest movements and their body does the screechy, squeeky balloon noises (obviously people can still do it. I just don't like it much)

The progress over the course of one month is pretty evident. Having an artist go over my pieces and highlighting mistakes did a lot to help me recognize bad habits and be more cognizant of them.
