Oh that's not the graphic novel, that's a scrapped illustration for the book that was later reused in the Freddy Files.

The graphic novel design was actually slightly closer to the text description, woth the silver skin though something about it still feels a little iffy to me.

Due to her arts messed up during her slumber in sarcophagus, her body shrunk into her younger self. Unlike her busty OG self, this one was well built and a bit toned, though later she grew to became slightly same as the OG.
