Just for fun, whenever I don't have time or energy to actually draw I play around with possible character concepts by editing older drawings. Helps figure out their colour palettes and establish a baseline until I come up with a proper design later

Finally was able to finish designing Alex's wings. I add just few things from the ref. Only thing that bugs me I can't fix is I need more light orange on the bottom wings. Also the dots on the lower wings mess with my eyes, but they look better there then not. Well enjoy~🧡🔥🦋

I'm not yet open but as an artist I always prioritize accuracy and client's satisfaction with my drawings.
For fellow artists, don't frown if your client asks for revisions such as skin tone because it's the most important part of the character's design.
