Isekai Nonbiri, really enjoyed the first 3 or so episodes where it focused hard on farming before turning into waifu of the week. I liked a lot of the characters but not much occurs beyond acquiring more villagers. Art/Animation/Sound good. Decent SoL Fantasy.
