a Regional Spritzee/Aromatisse based on Will-o'-the-Wisps. Ghost because obviously, Ghost/Water because Will-o'-the-Wisps were generally found over lakes.

This Aromatisse is usually seen dancing on the water with several Spritzee following it's large staff like stick.
