I just reread both Avengers No Surrender and Quicksilver No Surrender. Ok. You're right the part that she isn't boosted him up. She and Emily unlocked his full limit power. But it's doesn't show that he can used that ability in his normal state.

Coloring practice - Warrior of Light CGI render colorized version. Deymn, this took me like years (actually 2 months LMAO) my coloring is sucks af so i trace the lineart and then reference the WHOLE RENDER. MAN, WOL IS MY BIGMOOD. CAN YOU SEE HOW I DO THE DETAILs 😭😭😂
