In Megaman Xover, I think it was said that Kalinka was 14 years old and even if it's not canon(?) I like to think that some years indeed have passed and that she is now like a big sister/cousin for Rock and Roll

I mentioned that hats matter. What about Radukar's? It's likely a papakha. It became part of the Cossack uniform in the late 1800's. It's certainly no ushanka, as it's not round, and doesn't have the ear flaps. The Kubanka is usually flat topped, which this also isn't.

Next up are the brutes of the box, the Kosargi Nightguard. Now we're rwally stepping into the border of europe and asia. They are modelled on Cossacks, enlightenment era. Ogors have always had an eastern nomadic influence, and the Kosargi fit into that. The coat and cummerbund!
