From what we can tell, Afro-Asiatic languages originated somewhere in West Asia during the Neolithic period before Bronze Age urbane development of Early Dynastic Egypt & Sumerian civilization of Mesopotamia. In either case, North Africans and West Asians speak similar languages.

While yes, Europe since Neolithic times has been overwhelmingly inhabited by indigenous Europeans with Indo-Europeans grafted on top of that during the Bronze Age, it's just not factually true to say *no* Africans ever lived in Europe historically.
