My art from 2020, before I was prescribed meds. I was struggling with hallucinations and delusional beliefs alot, it felt hopeless. My parents took me to the hospital, therapy helped, meds too. Your mental health matters. Things can change! The future is always bright.🫂

Being able to sleep is how the hallucinations were able to stop. I can't stress enough just how much of a difference sleep made for me. I started to become 'human' again. I was able to go to work and it became easier to fight my compulsions to check the locks and windows.
