One year ago today, I got diagnosed with a life-changing disease: type 2 diabetes. My blood sugar at the time of diagnosis was 21mmol/l (378mg/dl).

I've lost 66lbs since then and my most recent A1c was 5.0%.

I've done alright. :3

Current waiting time 1.5 to 2 years. lol

I should have put myself on the list a year ago when I first looked into it but I was too close to jumping off a cliff to do anything rational.
