Getting this diagnosis after over 20 years of not feeling quite right has been really affirming (is that the word?) I feel kind of like a weight has been lifted.

I've been trying since September to get to see a psychiatrist for the meds through my clinic but it's still just.. dead air. I have my diagnosis for ADHD and I just need a psychiatrist to sign off for meds to approve/push me forward.
