Ah why not, Green has spirit powers. Basically he can make spirit weapons (swords, shields and fireballs) and he can also go into his spirit form, in this form he can "possess" others, give them strength and boost their abilities. (man I really hope I am not late)

Mega Man Rep 2: Bass

Kind of similar to Mega Man, but with some different sub weapons represented. His buster weapon can shoot at angles. Fuses with Treble for his recovery, growing wings for Treble Boost. FS takes his boss form from Mega Man 8 and rains down fireballs.

lil baby piranha plants! they kinda just hop around, and instinctively jump at whatever's above them (maybe it's practice for being in a pipe). a specific one of them can spit fireballs. probably ate a fire flower at some point. that's kinda cool
