Kawakami Gensai「河上彦斎」
For "Bakumatsu Engi"「幕末演義」
I remember being so hype when given this character. I love "Rurou ni Kenshin", and Himura, the main character, is based off of Kawakami Gensai. During the Bakumatsu era, he was one of the 4 hitokiri, "manslayers".
