I think Spindizzy is a good example of when a very good joystick is needed over a joypad here. The movement dexterity required is high. 🤔 These days I find it's a lot easier to just roam around with an infinite-time cheat. 😋

Trailblazer is technically very impressive.
You had to put in a lot of time, get good at memorizing the courses, and have a responsive joystick. (Though, thinking about that a little more, I think I've just described half of the C64's games.) 😋

Idk how many times I grinded my hands palm for SPINNN! Games.

Or how messed up I damaged the contoller to turn HARDER!!!! That I broke the joysticks recoil and it wouldnt turn harder no more lol. Sharp turns, gone cause the joysticks recoil was broken lol.
