Pelo visual eu creio que seja o Landorus da geração 5 (Black and White).

Onde ele tem duas formas e tem essa nuvem que o acompanha. Essa nova forma achei bem ruim.

Não falo do design, mas sim das cores. Estão muito saturado e forte a cor, chega incomoda.
