It's super late at night, but another one for the lineup! It's @17Mattguy! I was originally going to use a Blitztank sprite, but the base colors on the sprite were giving me too much of a headache!

Turns out a lot of people didn't like the "improved" sprite, so I reverted it and made more subtle changes. But I also made a new baby form!

Had to learn how SF2 loads sprites to get this in-game, but managed to figure it out
Turns out SF2 basically loads tiles one after the other in vertical strips, starting from the top front of the sprite, reading about 4 tiles down, then the tiles behind it, and so on, afaik

new leliel sprite, you can really see how i've modified his design since his old one and i think he looks great
