Windows 10 WSL (Ubuntu 18.04) 側から Android に接続するには adb r25 の windows 版 と linux 版をDLし、
1) PSで adb start-server してから
2) WSL側の adb を使う
とWSLから Android とやり取りが出来る。
latestはWindows版が adb ver 1.0.41
linux版は 1.0.39
になっていて接続出来ず躓く。

Win10 で WSL を活用すると（macOS や Ubuntu でも同じだと思う）テザリングなどのネットワーク無しでもウェブアプリケーションのプログラミングができると思ってた。実際は作っててわからないことを調べようとググろうとして・・・撃沈する。スタンドアロン開発の限界

So review it under Linux then, tonnes of interesting applications/uses for it there. I for one would be extremely interested. Use Ubuntu for wide spread knowledge of the OS and let it loose! You got Blender and DaVinci to start, games as well!
