Since Rue uses his own body for weapons and armor, he's got jack shit for ranged combat, or for taking on multiple enemies. He's best suited for 1v1 melee combat. He works really well in a team, but personality wise he's not great with people.

At level 100: Melody of the Heart also adds a 30% Reflect and a 1500 damage Shield on top of the existing 40% DMG cut.
