I'd have to look at the STL file but I can see a few issues with the cloth. I suggest a program called marvelous designer. It's a cloth based physics program. You also have a lot of Detail packed into small areas. That will be an issue on the final prints for some printers

Slowly back to work! I'm gonna try drawing all the rooms now (at least for the areas I have mapped out fully). I think to make it faster I'm gonna try and draw the basic shape of each area and then I can pretty it all up later
