This checks out. It becomes more apparent when you isolate the colours from the background and outline it some more. I realized a lot of this illusion has to do with the light outlines on the left image vs the black ones on the right.

This give me Annabeth (Percy Jackson) vibes, and honestly, now I want to draw Annabeth but I definitely wanna work on my outlines. I went back to pencil because I found pen to be really difficult to outline with.

Early more post lol. Last night I remember couple reasons why I don't do a lot of posters, 1. The outlines is the death of me , 2. More work this picture has, the more my computer would lag.
All in all it would be so worth it.

Blue outlines on *everything*
Migraines mess with my depth perception and I’m really bad at planning ahead. The outlines started as a way to reestablish a visual hierarchy but I started to like the paper doll effect. https://t.co/n1YCEDiSQP

【 AUCTION 】

You asked for a purple ish palette, so here we go. ~
Although it looks a bit more blue on the pictures, it's more of a lanvander purple IRL. I couldn't capture the shiny silver outlines or the bright blue horn either.

SB: 150 EUR.

RS Doodle that ended up its own drawing!

doing outlines in procreate is hard mode man, they just refuse to create a tool that does it like clip studio 😔

for final details, I make a layer on top and paint over everything🤣 going through each layers to fix things causes headaches..😢

Hair and skin(soft materials) can have brighter outlines.

I think this stage is additional polishing, so I try not to waste too much time
