If you ever wanted proof that the Kai redraws are arbitrary and not because of "damaged film" as Toei cited, there are unfinished redraws in previews showing perfectly fine original footage that then get redrawn in the episode proper. It introduces colouring errors, too. Garbage.

The Pilaf Gang in Super could have been the Paella Gang, which are the descendants of the Pilaf Gang in DBO.

This episode is the start of a new era for Nagisa and Honoka on their wonderful relationship.
