I haven't had much success referencing 3D models for poses, but they might be extremely useful for thumbnails and mockups... I always struggle to capture the nuances of a human-focused composition at such a small size.

(6/7) Ultimately I think #2 is the winner to develop further. I digitally added to my mockup some distorted faces that I borrowed from my other work as a test. Warped, layered faces are my jam and that is why I chose Ashiok to paint.
