I’ve been working on designing and refining an idea for a webcomic, and here is a quick reveal; my OC Dactyl, and he is spliced with panther DNA. 🐆

I don't think you'd need to render anything since your art by default looks clean, it's basically just a refining phase when you don't have lineart - eg. the left part here is unrendered vs. the right one which is rendered

The current status of Rustle's design for the senior project; I'm not happy with the rendering at the moment, but I like the design overall.

I first start in my 3D application and start with a simple cube without subds and start extruding it down, blocking roughly the hair curves and adding loops to improve the flow. Then I import to Zbrush for refining.
