idk if you use clip studio but lately if im struggling I'll just block out a simple environment and throw some of the posing dolls they have in the software!!

it's fun to freehand stuff but hopefully playing with camera angles gets you fun ideas

I've seen people also put their signature directly into the environment too which is something I've started doing. It makes it harder when it's part of the actual piece. My biggest thing is I wanna tag my work but not have it distract from my art.
