i normally search and translate words that works for the concept of the chara in other languages, like this i create more ''unique'' and concept fitting name for they
for example, this character is named Vos Tumaline (latinized version)
Vos : Fox in holand
Tumaline : green gem

Morroyo knows Common, the language of the M Tribe, and enough Hingan and Yanxian to get around fairly decently.

Rem can speak Common, some Thieves' Cant, and some Hingan/Yanxian. He spent time in the Far East tracking down his mother's Au Ra family.

I've also just completed artwork for my gnome, and I'm going to redo old artwork for the rest of the party too!

Depends on where they're from and for.
I often use a name generator to pick out parts of a name I like or just to get the ol'noggin working again

But I've also been worldbuilding, so I have a couple of regions with specific languages and names

If someone says “Mommy”, they’re referring to Elesh Norn. But if they say “Mother”, it’s Emrakul. Now if they say “Momma” they’re probably talking about Ayula. And if they just say “Mom”, they’re *definitely* talking about Mother of Runes.
