What are you guys talking about..? Amy always had this sassy, upfront and bold attitude. Shown to be bossy at times too. She's never been considered weak. So it would make sense for her to gain leadership skills overtime.

Especially since she mainly leads background characters. Leadership stories work at their best when it's about the character and their relationship to their followers. Amy mainly leads background characters and no names, so her relationships aren't going to be in focus.
