Magneto as the 10th Swordbearer makes a lot of sense if you realise he was in the Ten of Swords card. He is part of the new S.W.O.R.D book so he would use the Peak (S.W.O.R.D) which Saturnyne told Cable to search. So Krakoa would have 10 swords and 10 sworbearers.
