Choosing part orientation for can be tricky. A few general tips!

Orient the part so that supports...
(1) won't break fragile parts when removed
(2) won't leave artifacts where surface smoothness matters
(3) are easy to remove
(4) stabilize the part during printing

Here's a WIP photo of one of the Bumblecats from the pin factory!

They're filling all the colors on the pin, then they polish the surface to level it all out. Afterwards, they use electroplating to color the metal black!
