For anyone using SAI2 if you don't want to practice lineart, but want a clean one you can use the linework layer. You can also adjust the pressure of lines there.

really does an amazing job. Puts a lot of thought into what you want, communicative, incredible linework, puts their entire being on the page every time (like for a supporting character in my WIP Fantasy Horror novel). 100/10, would commission again.

Don't know why I made a colored sketch in the beginning. I changed the composition anyway. Then, with the linework done, I did a 'rough color-blocking' using a similar palette.
And next, I can finally color it for real.
No wonder every piece takes me forever 😂
