Was curious so I tried bringing it into actual NES graphics (using NEXXT a graphics software for NES development). Uses single sprite face sprite. I wasn't able to get the white highlights in without spending some more time shifting things around.

Dall-E 2 today rolled out a new update expanding their image editing. Now along with selecting and changing specific parts of a picture you can expand the picture without having to use any photo editing software.
