I can't draw backgrounds to save my life, lmao. this pice took me about 17-18 hours to complete, the app i use for digital art is Autodesk Sketchbook, on my iphone7+. the canvas size i used is 1728x1414, and the number of layers it has is 7.

given that deoxys’s eyes are set inside its face (like someone the extruded the faces around the eyes in autodesk maya) it just feels more intuitive
