If you slow down the teaser to look at the individual Popeye images, my favorite is this almost certainly unauthorized crossover between Popeye, Betty Boop, and Mickey Mouse that was published by a toy company in 1948. The car might be an existing character too?

Oh, he was a fascinating artist! Died too young (46!). Writer, composer, painter and draughtsman (see pics below). Author of "The Nutcracker" on which the ballet is based. I have a fascination for magical realism literature (e.g. The Golden Pot). Love his 📖
