This new style is more of western comic aesthetic, and although it looks quite good as well, I haven't come up a use for it.

i was in a redraw mood and stumbled upon an old piece of fanart i did for @ActuallyRea in 2019 so i decided to have a go at redoing it! i'll include the original under this tweet for comparison :3- but here's the redraw!
Just got struck with the realization that this is effectively a redraw of a very similar artwork I made earlier this year in January. So yeah, not sure if it's a fair comparison since they're drastically different styles, but it's cool to see my progress this year.
@somartist Sadly didn‘t get much art done this year but despite not being finished this years overpaint of an older piece is probably my fav as it shows my progress in 1 year despite the little time to practice. Old version added for comparison.

I finally finished painting this on Ibis Paint X because I can't draw on the laptop for the moment so I used Ibis Paint X. I am aware of the fact that there's a visual difference on Ibis Paint X in comparison to my Clip Studio Paint and Medibang works on my part though.

@FluorArt i agree as well! what put me off the most was the fact that she has such a vibrant piece *in game* but her actual art is so dull in comparison! 🤔
i suppose it makes sense considering her lore but it's just a little weird to me
