here’s a quick process video/timelapse! i added in the remaining color swatches in photoshop afterwards, they’re just filled rounded rectangles with a stroke 💫

Step 6: above all other layers (including your lines) and using neon colors, add sparkles! I also used the cyan in the upper right of those swatches to recolor certain sequins and create further variation. Set this layer to Add (Glow)!
