Thing about Kaeya is that he's rarely explicit about who and how much he cares. In fact it's better read through his actions... Though this is going off the rails a bit so i'll leave it there. imo Kaeya cares a lot for the people around him.

Sometimes i would get so mad at how dc never explicitly shows Cass as their sibling/Bruce‘s daughter but then I remember Outsiders and how Duke calls him his sis and that Jason considers Duke his brother and all is well :)
