Here’s me drawing Bukayo Saka, leaving out the exterior lines and building up the interior with deep pink purples and blues. Leaving the kit as a vector like piece with the organic style of the head blooming from the neck is to enhance the contrast and direct the eye.

Gaussian blur on the lineart...... and also a noise filter when i remember i put it on the last one its small but i find the combo for some reason makes a piece look more finished?

Thanks for asking (and the nice comment), I’d definitely be breaking out the Blues, Pinks/Purples etc. But key for me to nail the look is blending colours like a yellow into a pink. So change how you highlight, and instead look to blend into a different lighter colour.

The other looks were a lot of sketching and changing my mind mid way as I figured out what worked and what didn’t. A lot playing with lose fabric, belts. Colorwise it’s a lot of purples, pinks and gold!
