Re-watched this beautiful short animation by Quentin Baillieux. It's centered around the tragic Le Mans 1955 race, it has great art style and cinematography. The backgrounds are so pretty. Well deserved Oscar nomination.

Goddamn, the re-authored Blu-ray of The Thing (1982) is so damn impressive. Looks amazing and goes to show just how well the cinematography holds up.

But personally, I might stick to the DVD copy as the dated resolution better suits the grittiness the movie's going for.
