I changed a few small things about Rors, think I finally settled on a proper full fledged design.
Wanted to make him stand out from a standard Eevee, so I gave him a few gradients, as well as a sort-of 'fingerless glove' fur pattern for his paws.
Hope you guys like him. <3
I wanted to draw something inspired by those cool instagram photos and gradients and stuff

@Weary_canary @vylirium Hiya my name is Mockola! I mostly post my digital art on here! (Though I do both types of art) I love making gradients in my art 💜 mostly post oc's but I have done fan art!
This guy was a challenge to draw, and because of all his subtle gradients I wasn't even about to colour his lineart, but he still turned out cute! This is more gift art for my boyfriend btw!

@KaylesFails Ayy there YA GO! Sometimes I used the dark red and toss in some black gradients in there as well.
Tried toying with some gradients
Also this is my oc, Pancake!

@lemmidraw Okay, quick mock up, I took the shoulder from my new armor and turned it into all gradients, with a side by side comparison.
Usually items are made with just filling in portions with different shades rather than gradients, gradients cause file size lag and looks odd in game.
(wip!) alexandra is one of my favorite taz amnesty characters to draw. lots of swoopy floofy hair and gradients and probably my favorite color palette of all my character designs!

Playing with gradients in @aseprite is fun.
aaaAAAAA I FINISHED IT AAAAAAAAAAA
this,, this is my son,, keisuke,, , i've had him since around 2016-2017 but i've always had a hard time drawing himm,,,,,,,,,
i'm still really bad at anatomy and clothes shading,,, so forgive me and the clothes gradients!!
kei needs some hug
Ooof my fave design??? That's also something I can't pick LOL. But heres some of my faves! Sebastian's is really simple but that's one of reasons I love it-- Aelius' is a bit more complicated but I absolutely LIVE for gradients.
@nonykins Personally I find it really helpful to treat it like shading in color. Draw outlines with color, and then round out the forms in gradients, them start to mix them if you want smoother, with fewer brush strokes showing. That's kind of how I did it in this painting.
i finally got off my ass and made micah's pixel. main reasons i put it back were: i didn't have my base on me whenever i wanted to pixel and also they have TOO many gradients
#4styles Man this challenge is hard. What even constitutes a style lol
Anyways here are 4 different levels of detail I usually do, I guess? Most of my stuff usually gradients between the last two, but I'll pull out doodle styles on occasion 👌
