These tangs undergo a color shift as they age. Juveniles are dark orange with dark blue chevron patterns. As they age, they turn black with blue horizontal stripes. ⁠

Okay so when I was 11 I made a Mewsona named Mew Tangerine I don't remember a lot about her looks but she had orange and black colors with short hair, was a Siberian Tiger, and had stripes on her dress. decided to give her a cool mace weapon too. 11 yr old me would be proud!

He apparently "got his ORIGINAL arm back" but not with the stripes for whatever reason in tfa? But he still has on and off stripes elsewhere in hny.
Their animation is just bad.
I refuse to say they're the same person.
