Spotlight on Fizzgig, from Jim Henson’s THE DARK CRYSTAL (1982). Has to be my favorite character from the movie. The indestructable Fizzgig later made a brief appearance as a cave monster in Fraggle Rock.

This landscape was painted in 1922, two years before Ben Nicholson and his wife Winifred moved into Banks Head, a farmhouse overlooking #ColdFell, where they lived until 1931.

@SuperheroMethod The art is by John Byrne & Tom Palmer from the 1st panel, 6th page of Silver Surfer #1 (1982). The only discernible difference between the Album art and the Comic art is the coloring. Relativity paid Marvel for the rights to the art, but Byrne never received any compensation.
Animated film, THE SECRET OF NIMH (1982).
My brother and I rented it once. I remember being pretty startled by it. It’s visually spectacular, with its celestial color palettes and the effective use of rotoscoping and backlit animation (for the glowing eyes).
